Creekside at Panacea Coffee House, Frog Level, Waynesville NC.

Met a good friend, Brent Ivey, at Panacea Coffee House yesterday afternoon for coffee while I was in Waynesville. These photos were taken from the back of Panacea, where they have a nice deck to sit and enjoy the creek and your coffee when the weather is a ‘bit’ warmer. The snow is gone!

Panacea is another great place in Waynesville NC to enjoy coffee and food with free wifi.

Can Those Be Frozen Jellyfish in an Icy Maggie Valley NC Creek?

The beautiful creeks in Maggie Valley NC take on a different flavor when slowed down by ice and/or snow, and taking pictures Sunday (01/03/10) in 22 degree weather meant ‘point and shoot and return to the car.’

We have more cold (and colder) weather predicted this week, and more snow too.

This Little Creek in Maggie Valley Runs Along Moody Farm Road.

Our creeks in Maggie Valley are beautiful to look at as well as to live on. Homes on a creek in Maggie Valley as well as in Waynesville NC are always in demand.

Did you know that each and every creek and river in Haywood County originates right here in Haywood County? No water flows into Haywood County.
