If you are considering buying a home and have no idea what you can afford, but you don’t want to have to give out your social security number, name or phone number, create a Loan Request at Zillow Mortgage and get your answer.
This does not mean ‘pre-approval.’ By completing the Zillow Mortgage loan request, you will merely have an idea of what you can afford according to various lenders.
If you want your realtor to drive you around to look at homes, you’ll have to get down to the nitty-gritty, fess up to a live person that your Neiman-Marcus bill is huge, and show up to look at homes with your Pre-Approval from your lender in hand.

1. The name of North Carolina’s largest non-alcoholic dance club is The Diamond K Dance Ranch.
2. Their band plays a variety of music for all dancing tastes, ranging from Classic to Top 40 Country music.
3. The name of their band is the Full House Band.
4. The Diamond K Dance Ranch is located next to the Maggie Valley Community Center at 1 Playhou
se Drive, Maggie Valley, NC. Call them at 828-926-7735.
5. They have Free ‘Line Dance’ Lessons. Come and learn the Love Train from “Wild Gerald,” who has choreographed several line dance hits.
6. The band only plays on Saturday night.
People who love the mountains, the creeks, the outdoor activities, the log cabins, the fireplaces, the long range views, and the ’slap yo mama’ barbecue unique to Maggie Valley, NC, can’t help but love line dancing Saturday night away at The Diamond K Dance Ranch. Moonshine not allowed.

Dignitaries and a standing-room only crowd attended the Haywood County Board of Commissioners January 7, 2008 Opening Ceremony meeting for the 2008 Haywood County Bicentennial. The list of dignitaries celebrating the upcoming year of festivities for Haywood County, NC’s 200th birthday included The Honorable Heath Shuler, United States Congressman - 11th District, The Honorable John Snow, North Carolina Senator - 50th District, The Honorable Joe Sam Queen, North Carolina Senator - 47th District, The Honorable Ray Rapp, North Carolina Representative - 118th District, and The Honorable R. Phillip Haire, North Carolina Representative - 119th District. Commemorative tee shirts were presented to the dignataries by Mary Ann Enloe, Chairman, Bicentennial Celebration.
The 12 themes proclaimed to celebrate the 200th birthday of Haywood County, NC during 2008 are:
1. January – Opening Ceremony on January 7 during the Board of Commissioners meeting.
2. February – Schools & Colleges
3. March – Natural Resources
4. April – 19th Century Settlers
5. May – Veterans’ Month
6. June – Haywood County Towns and Businesses

The total length of the Appalachian Trail is 120,175 miles. The Trail was designed, constructed, and marked in the 1920’s and 1930’s by volunteer hiking clubs brought together by the volunteer-based, nonprofit Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC).

1. Cataloochee Ski Resort.
