Sex in THIS LOG HOME is So Good Even the Neighbors Have a Cigarette!
Isn’t the sex appeal of a home something to be considered, along with the stainless steel appliances, mood lighting, and views… if the truth be told?
Realtors, Real Estate, and Fluff.
Reading real estate blogs every day can be incredibly interesting and informative. On the other hand, it also becomes somewhat obvious that much of the content is repetitious, canned and BORING. What do we REALLY have, and need, to offer our clients, considering that our closely-hoarded information has been disseminated all over the internet, as well it should be.
- What information do you look for when you visit my, and other, real estate blogs?
- I don’t WANT to ‘capture’ you – - I want to invite you, inform you, and entice you, but not ‘capture’ you. Should I MAKE you give me your contact information, or should I wait for you to contact me when you are good and ready to do so?
- What would you like to see more of when you visit my real estate blog/website?
Shameless Self-Promotion
Allow me to do some SHAMELESS SELF-PROMOTION! My website is the latest addition to Guy Kawasaki’s ALLTOP Real Estate site. Below is a picture of what I found in my Twitter messages when I woke up this morning. WOW!!

Yesterday wasn’t a bad day either… I received an autographed copy of Guy’s new book, REALITY CHECK, in my mailbox! This morning I am reading about the Art of Selling, the Art of Schmoozing, the Art of Blogging, the Art of Sucking Down, and the Art of Branding, among many other great chapters. Here’s what Seth Godin says about REALITY CHECK.
“Buy two copies of this book. One to rip pages out of, mark up, copy, and tack on the wall. And one to give away to your clueless colleague. Oh, better make that three copies. Four?”
- Seth Godin
No matter what business you are in, you need to read REALITY CHECK. Tell Santa.

Want to Find Out ANONYMOUSLY What Price Home You Can Afford?
If you are considering buying a home and have no idea what you can afford, but you don’t want to have to give out your social security number, name or phone number, create a Loan Request at Zillow Mortgage and get your answer.
This does not mean ‘pre-approval.’ By completing the Zillow Mortgage loan request, you will merely have an idea of what you can afford according to various lenders.
If you want your realtor to drive you around to look at homes, you’ll have to get down to the nitty-gritty, fess up to a live person that your Neiman-Marcus bill is huge, and show up to look at homes with your Pre-Approval from your lender in hand.
