Raised in Hawaii by parents who were born and raised in the Hawaiian Islands, I spent quite a few years in Sarasota, Florida, before returning to Hawaii from 1989 through 2006, moving to North Carolina in December of 2006.

I am a horse person and a North Carolina Real Estate Owner/Broker/Realtor who loves the technology, social media and marketing aspects of real estate, who blogs and tweets, and who provides real estate market reports with no fluff, constant local information, and lots of photos and videos.  I also love horses, Cowboys, working, and Airstreams.

A couple of recent recognitions I am very proud of:
