There is more concern regarding the recent Maggie Valley landslide this Monday morning with regard to the rain, wintry mix and snow in the forecast for Maggie Valley.  “Officials say there is an “overwhelming possibility” for another slide to occur very soon in the Rich Cove Road area.” Maggie Valley real estate is oozing down the mountains due to the soil saturation as the result of our wild winter weather.

Rich Cove Road goes up to the top of Ghost Town in the Sky, which is ‘mile high.’
