Quick Look at Price Per Square Foot Numbers for Haywood County Home Sales.

A friend asked what the price per square foot numbers were doing, considering our present Haywood County residential real estate fiasco market conditions.

Comparing the last quarter of 2009 to the same period in 2008, the average price per square foot price in 2009 for the 190 sales was $115.09; down 14.62% from the same period in 2008.

Looking at sales to date in 2010 compared to the same period last year, the average price per square foot for the 8 sales to date of $111.37 this year is down 7.10% from the same period in 2009.
