There are 1,072 Active Residential Listings today (01/05/10) in Haywood County.

The Average Listing Price of the active listings is $329,470. NOTE [Bonk!]: The Average Selling Price in December was $199,691, and for the year, the ASP was $201,641.

The 1,072 active listings have been on the market an average of 260 days.
