Joey’s Pancake House in Maggie Valley NC Goes Well With Maple Syrup.

Today (December 17th) is National Maple Syrup Day!

Joey’s Pancake House in Maggie Valley NC has a devoted following because they serve delicious breakfast food, quickly ~ and with maple syrup if you want. Breakfast is all they serve.

Eggs, specialty pancakes (like my favorite ~ chocolate chip), omelettes, Belgian waffles, French toast, creamed chip beef… you name it! They have been serving breakfast in Maggie Valley NC since 1966, so they’ve got it down to a delicious science.

Sunday I met a couple of girlfriends for brunch ~ here’s a short video of our brunch at Joey’s Pancake House.
