As of December 12, Maggie Valley had 286 active listings in the MLS. The Average Listing Price for the active listings is $350,512 (note that the Average Selling Price in the chart below is $250,803), and the average days on the market for the active listings is 257. Too many over-priced homes, along with Maggie Valley being a second-home market, albeit in the best of times, are two contributing factors to the time it takes to sell a home right now in Maggie Valley.
