Eat Local! El Pobre’s New Waynesville Plaza Restaurant = Muy Bueno!

Last night I met my friends Bonnie and Cathy for Mexican food at the new El Pobre Mexican Restaurant in Waynesville Plaza in Waynesville (828) 456-9557. El Pobre has been in business in Canton for years at 6841 Cruso Road (828-235-9311).

My Quesadilla Mexicana (on the bright red plate) was fresh, delicious and tender. Unfortunately I didn’t write down what Bonnie and Cathy ordered … but there wasn’t any food left on their plates when we left, and they both raved about their meals. The service was very pleasant and most attentive.
