ROOST.com and the “50 Real Estate People You Should Watch on Twitter” List … Thank You.

Derek Overbey, Senior Director of Marketing and Social Media at Roost.com, notified me the other day that I am on ROOST’s September “list of 50 real estate people you should watch on Twitter.” Here’s a little more about Roost:

If I’d known they were going to do that, I would have baked them a cake ahead of time! Better late than never, I whipped up a Hummingbird cake and presented it to Derek this way (click link):

Here’s your Hummingbird cake, Derek.

Hummingbird cake was a very popular cake that I baked at my Mother’s restaurant (Roz’s Restaurant) in Sarasota, FL a ‘few’ years ago. It’s a nice, moist cake, easy to make but always a hit. Double the cinnamon specified in recipe.
