Horses, Cattle, Dogs and Farm Land in Haywood County, NC.

Yesterday afternoon I drove ‘out 209′ to visit Sheila and George Mills on their horse farm out in the country here in Haywood County.  George is an experienced and knowledgable realtor here in Haywood County, and loves being outside, looking at, and showing, property.

The Mills’ beautiful home looks out over mountains, pastures, horses and cattle, and is a short, gently-winding drive up from the horse barn. Living out where they live, you may not want to leave, but you will see in the video that getting there is a beautiful drive in itself.

After a tour of the barn and an up-close and personal visit with all of their horses and the menagerie of dogs and cats, we went to the house where George and I talked about Social Media, bored Sheila to death, put the dogs to sleep, and before I knew it, it was 6:00 p.m. and I had to head back to the city.
