A short drive off the main drag of Maggie Valley (Soco Road) on Evanscove Road is The Knolls Subdivision at Evanscove Road and Highview Drive. Very nice views are prevalent from many of the homes and lots, and easy access is definitely a plus … close to everything in Maggie Valley, including the office of the Town of Maggie Valley and Ghost Town in the Sky.
