Reading real estate blogs every day can be incredibly interesting and informative. On the other hand, it also becomes somewhat obvious that much of the content is repetitious, canned and BORING. What do we REALLY have, and need, to offer our clients, considering that our closely-hoarded information has been disseminated all over the internet, as well it should be.

• What information do you look for when you visit my, and other, real estate blogs?
• I don’t WANT to ‘capture’ you – - I want to invite you, inform you, and entice you, but not ‘capture’ you. Should I MAKE you give me your contact information, or should I wait for you to contact me when you are good and ready to do so?
