As you can see in the chart below, 2008 closings for the YEAR total 504 as of 11/16/2008, down 31.5% from the same period in 2007, down 48.4% from 2006, down 49.5% from 2005, and down 35.2% when compared to 2004. Our absorption rate (inventory) well… you can see it in the chart. Probably won’t change significantly for a few months due to historical winter slow-down. Spring tends to bring new life to our market.
