Waynesville, NC residential real estate sales for October totaled 18, taking an average of 173 days to sell. Inventory/absorption rate is ‘extensive’ — we have 29 months’ worth of homes on the market in Waynesville.

The highest priced home in Waynesville that sold last month sold for $400,000, and the lowest priced home sold for $55,000.  Lake Junaluska had one sale in the amount of $290,000.
