Haywood County, NC 2-Year Sales Comparison as of 09/13/08.

The chart below provides a comparison of residential home sales, by price range, for the period of 01/01 thru 09/13, 2008 vs. 2007.  The Haywood County numbers include Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Canton, Clyde and Lake Junaluska.

The total number of sales from January 1 through September 13, 2008 is down 30.1% from 2007, and the Average Selling Price is down 10.3% from the same period in 2007.

Keep an eye on the numbers.
