Residential sales recorded in Canton, NC in August 2008 (as of 08/31), continued to be slow, with a total of 7 sales.  It took an average of 131 days to sell the homes. The number of homes on the market in Canton as of August 31 was 165. Selling 7 homes per month with 166 on the market as of 08/31 equates to an absorption rate (i.e., inventory) in Canton of approximately 23.6 months.

   I love your website. Did real tomato design it or do they have templates? I live at Lake Tahoe California and would like to do something very local like your site. The video you posted about blogging was great!
