Maggie Valley’s Market Square Gives Good Shopping!

Right in the heart of Maggie Valley, before you get to Ghost Town, is a great little shopping center called Market Square Shopping Plaza right on Soco Road. Think ice cream shoppe, gift shops, sandwich and coffee shops, clothing stores, a scrapbook store, real estate offices… and MAGGIE’S BEST CLOTHING AND GIFT STORE.

MAGGIE’S BEST caught my eye and drew me in because of the very colorful tie-dyed tee shirts, which I found out they dye themselves right here in Maggie Valley. There is a HUGE assortment of colors of tee shirts, and ‘decal’ options for almost anything you can think of to put on your tee shirts, both long and short-sleeved, and jackets too. Not only can you pick out your psychedelic tee shirt, you can find that perfect belly button jewelry there too!

If the tie-dyed colors are too wild for you, don’t fret. You can have ‘plain’ tee shirts made up with almost anything thing you can imagine on them. Dogs, horses, flags, women, and even a big ole’ Dixie rooster!
