The Haywood County NC Market Report below includes residential real estate sales for Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Canton, Clyde and Lake Junaluska. The number of sales for July (55) is the highest number of sales in one month in 2008. That is encouraging! Our inventory of homes on the market in Haywood County since January 2008 has increased 30.3%.

Absorption Rate.

The inventory/absorption rate of homes presently on the market, based on 55 sales in July, is 22.6 months.
