The number of homes on the market in Haywood County since March 1, 2008 has increased 25%. Median and Average Listing as well as Selling Prices are broken out for June to date, in addition to being broken out for the year to date, on the chart below.

Absorption Rate.

The inventory/absorption rate (last line of chart above) of homes presently on the market has not started to improve yet, and in fact has increased just a bit based on sales to date.
