Residential sales to date for the period of January 1 through May 12, 2008 total 195. We sold 94 (32.6%) fewer homes compared to the same period in 2007.
The $100,000 to $300,000 range makes up 131 of the 195 homes sold so far in 2008. (See the Active Listings by Price Range as of 05/05/08.)

Would you have guessed that the most expensive home sold had the smallest (as in zero) discount from the listing/asking price? Did I mention it took 609 days to sell? It is interesting that the lowest priced homes sold had the largest discount percentage.
Fastest Sellers!
The homes that sold the fastest were 2 homes in the $800,000 to $899,999, followed by the lowest priced homes ($1,000 to $99,999).
