Let Loose of the Real Estate Data!
April 22nd, 2008 Categories: Hot Local Topics
Just read a great ‘Letter to the Editor’ which I agree with completely. The public wants information, and they should have it. Those of you who follow me know I am posting market reports and statistical information as fast as I can get the numbers and charts pulled together. In part, the letter said:
“The public is interested in easy access to detailed property information. In short, they want access to information that is at least as good as our proprietary MLS data.
With the mobility in the U.S., there isn’t any reason why the data shouldn’t be national and available to all.”
Read the rest of the letter here.
What do you think?

Let the data fly… My belief is that an educated client is an empowered client. I much prefer they avail themselves of all the resources for data; then let me interpret for the local market with the voice of experience.
Hi Kathy,
Love the educated = empowered. So true. Thank you for visiting and commenting… very much.
