   Yup…that’s the real estate market all right! Interest rates too!

   The trick is building that sustainable business for the downturn… Finding a balance between the two; interest rates and housing prices.

   In my immediate county we’ve seen a surge of refinances but buyers are still waiting for prices to deflate a bit further; and they are however slightly.
