So far, 20 residential real estate closings have occurred in Haywood County, NC during the period of March 1 through March 14, 2008. Overall list-to-sell price average is -5.07% for the 20 homes listed as closed during the referenced period on our Haywood County, NC MLS this morning. Average list price for the subject homes was $237,390, with the average selling price coming in at $225,354. It is interesting to note (in the list below) that one home was on the market for two days at $450,000 and sold for $477,000 - - $27,000 MORE. What??
