Maggie Valley, NC residential real estate sales for February 2008 recorded below mirrored the overall Haywood County numbers reported here yesterday - - a decrease in both the asking and selling prices. The number of homes on the market in Maggie Valley this morning totals 239. The prices of homes on the real estate market in Maggie Valley today range from $78,500 to $3,890,000.

Absorption Rate

Selling 6 homes per month with 239 on the market equates to an absorption rate of approximately 40 months which is not pretty, even considering the historical upswing of sales during spring and summer. The plus factor is that there are some deals here to be made!
