Haywood County, NC - Residential Real Estate Sales - Sep 07 through Feb 08 (Snapshot).

As reported on March 120, Haywood County, NC residential real estate sales in February 2008 increased in number compared to January (January = 31 sales; February = 45 sales). Average selling prices were lower than the previous five months, as were the average asking prices.

Here is a ‘picture’ of the numbers for February, 2008 compared to numbers for the prior five months. It is easy to see that average asking prices as well as average selling prices for February 2008 compared to the previous five months are down.
